Monday – I can change the world with my own 2 hands

How you can participate: Talk to your child about what they want to be when they grow up. Encourage them to reach for the stars!

Action – Instruments with music
Art – Finger painting
Larger Motor – Groups Building (what we can build with our hands)
Music – Finger Poppin
Tuesday – Number 9

How you can participate: Play a game with your child at home. Have them count how many items they can find (up to 9) in their room. Example: socks, blocks, animals, etc.

Action – Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes
Art – Number 9 Collage
Math – Number Bingo
Music – Ella Jenkins 1 & 2
Wednesday – April Showers bring May Flowers

How you can participate: Talk to your child about the importance of rain for plants to grow.

Action – Rhythm Sticks
Art – Umbrella Rain Drops
Math/Science – Counting & Sorting Flowers
Music – Going to the Zoo

Thursday – Parent Appreciation Day

How you can participate: Join us for our Family Breakfast and PJ Day!

Action – Parachute
Art – Award Painting

Music – Freeze Dance

Friday – Arbor Day

How you can participate: Talk to your child about how trees are important, plant seeds with them and show them the process of growth.

Action – Magic Blanket with plants
Art – Q-tip tree
Science – Tree Observations
Music – Down by the Bay
